I was home alone this morning and had some spare time and the whole kitchen for me to prepare something different for breakfast. I’d heard about porridge a lot in the last days, because some people in the diet-group I join showed their experiments and shared recipes. So, this is my doubtful result
I used:
4 tbsp oat bran
skimmed milk & water as required to cover the oat bran
1 tsp of cocoa
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of coconut flour
It was good, and ate it with my usual morning apple 🙂 I was full soon, so couldn’t finish it but used to leftovers to prepare a few biscuits!

I celebrated the goal with two biscuits after dinner that shouldn’t have eaten. But that’s ok! I was craving for them!
Colazione: tè nero, porridge, mela annurca
Breakfast: black tea, porridge, apple
Spuntino: mandarino, biscotti da residuo di porridge, infusion
Snack: tangerine, biscuits made of porridge leftovers, tea
Pranzo: minestrone (fagioli, piselli, fagiolini, zucca, zucchine ecc.) con ca.50g riso, finocchio, arancia
Lunch: veg soup with rice, fennels, orange
Spuntino: 2 tazze di caffè americano sz con cannella, 4 nocciole, kiwi
Snack: 2 cups of sugarfree american coffee with cinnamon, 4 hazelnuts, kiwi
Cena: caprino (80g), verdure lesse di cui ignoro il nome, pane
Dinner: goat cheese, boiled veg, bread
Dopocena: un goccio di cherry (non tutto quello in foto!!!), 2 biscotti
After dinner: a sip of cherry, 2 biscuits
